French With Elodie LLC is the only company offering French lessons and immersive experiences in France.
We select our teachers very carefully and we work with a small number of very experienced teachers who all have 15+ years of experience teaching the language to various audiences.
We provide custom curated lessons to our clients rather than the traditional class setting that you may find in more traditional classroom styles. We provide a space for students to receive special attention with either private lessons or very small group lessons.
Our small group lessons are the smallest you will find - we only allow 4 people in group lessons to give each student the attention they deserve. This allows you to progress faster and to have more speaking time during the lessons.
We spend time to understand your individual goals and build a custom program around your specific goals. Wether you're learning French for your profession or for your leisure we establish a working plan with you ahead of time and track progress. We adapt our lessons based on your personal goals and we re-assess as we take this journey with you.
Our teachers have experience preparing students for the FSI, DELF, DALF, and TEF exam preparation.
In addition to offering French lessons, we take students to France twice a year on an immersive trip to help them put into practice what they learn with us. These trips are meant to help students discover a new region of France and to practice with the locals.
In addition to providing French lessons, we offer book club and movie discussions, free to our clients. This gives you another opportunity to practice. We also organize other events in the DMV area for students to practice their French doing something fun! As you're getting to becoming more advanced, you are also invited to participate in the owner's meetup group in Alexandria.
